CrossFit

Our CrossFit classes are 1 hour in length and are led by seasoned coaches who will take you through a warm-up, technique/skill session, and workout. These classes focus on general physical preparedness and while challenging, are always fun when surrounded by our amazing community.

Personal Training

Personally train with one of our professional and certified trainers who design a training program just for you. This program will be tailored toward your goals and our trainers will track your progress to ensure you get the most out of each session.

L3 Hyrox

CrossFit L 3 is an official Hyrox affiliate and the first in Fort Worth to offer a program dedicated to this sport. The training is well-balanced and will help you confidently take on this challenging race. All of our coaches have competed at the World Championships and bring their proven methods and coaching techniques to each class.
