The World Series of Fitness Racing. An innovative, holistic approach to fitness including running and natural movements combined to an unique indoor fitness competition. 1K of running followed by 1 workout, repeated 8 times. The workouts: Ski Erg, Sled Push, Sled Pull, Burpee Broad Jump, Rowing, Farmers Carry, Sandbag Lunges, Wall Balls. 10 divisions separated by weights and reps schemes, subcategorized by age. A timed, competitive, race with comparable world wide rankings – not just for the elite but for everybody!
