Looking for a hybrid training approach? Our 6:30 PM hybrid class on Tuesdays and Thursdays lets you mix and match between CrossFit and Hyrox programming to suit your goals. And if you prefer one-on-one coaching, we also offer personal training sessions throughout the day by appointment.
